Incentive Trip Carpathian Mountains

A region well known for its history, the southern part of the Carpathian Mountains, where Wallachia meets Transylvania, a very popular place in Romania for its impressive castles and beautiful views. The adventure begins with a stop in the heart of the mountains to visit the royal Peles Castle in Sinaia, also known as the Pearl of the Carpathians. As we head deeper into the mountains and into Transylvania, we will arrive in Brasov, a beautiful medieval city right in the middle of Romania. With cozy streets, incredible mountain views and gorgeous architecture, Brasov is a perfect destination for any type of activity, whether you prefer a game in the city, an outdoor game or a hiking activity. On the final day, we will explore the legendary Dracula's Castle, while savoring traditional street food from that region.

Day 1: Upon arrival, our first stop will be in Sinaia, where we can explore Peles Castle, which is one of the most impressive castles not only in Transylvania, but also in Europe. This castle served as a summer residence for the Romanian royal family and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions for anyone visiting Romania.

The day continues with a delicious traditional lunch. In the afternoon, a real adventure is in store for the thrill seekers among you. Paired up with one of your colleagues, we will climb up to 1400 meters using the 4x4 ATV, which is a truly thrilling off-road experience. In the evening, we head to Brasov, where we will have dinner.

Day 2: We start the day exploring the city of Brasov, the heart of Transylvania, by playing "The BrasovWood Ascent" in the center of Brasov, trying to understand the mysteries of this region, solve the riddles and reach the Brasov sign on the mountain. After declaring one of the teams the kings of Transylvania, all participants will have the chance to take a gondola ride up the Tâmpa Peak. The day will continue with a traditional lunch, followed by free time to relax, explore the city or buy souvenirs. Dinner will take place in a special setting with a local Transylvanian touch.

Day 3: The third day is about Dracula, also known as Vlad Tepes. We depart from Brasov and head to Bran to see Bran Castle, also known as Dracula's Castle, which is a remarkable castle that sits atop a hill. After learning more about Dracula, we will have time to savor the traditional street food of the region. Afterwards, we will head to the airport..
