Incentive Trip Carpathian Mountains

A region well-known due to its history, the southern part of the Carpathian Mountains where Wallachia meets Transylvania a very popular place in Romania, due to its impressive castles and the beautiful views. The adventure starts with a stop in the heart of the mountains to visit the royal Castle of Peles in Sinaia, also known as the Carpathian Pearl. As going deeper into the mountains and entering Transylvania, the legendary Castle of Dracula will be visited, while enjoying traditional street food from that region. The final destination is Brasov, a beautiful medieval city right in the middle of Romania. With cozy streets, incredible mountain views and superb architecture, Brasov is a perfect destination for any type of activity, whether you would prefer a city game, an outdoor game, or a hiking activity.

Day 1: Upon arrival, the first stop will be in Sinaia, where we can explore the Peles Castle, which is one of the most impressive castles not only in Transylvania, but also in Europe. This castle served as a summer residence for the regal family of Romania and is now one of the most appreciated touristic attractions for anyone visiting Romania.
The day continues with check-in at a 4 stars-hotel in Sinaia, which will be followed by a delicious traditional lunch. In the afternoon, a true adventure is ready for the thrill seekers among you. Pairing up with one of your colleagues, we will climb to 1400m using the 4x4 ATV, which is a truly exciting off-road experience. In the evening, we will remain at high altitude for a spectacular dinner with an amazing view over the mountains.

Day 2: The second day is all about Dracula, also known as Vlad the Impaler. We leave Sinaia and we head to Bran to see the Bran Castle also known as Dracula’s Castle, which is a remarkable castle that stands on top of a hill. After learning about Dracula, we will have time to enjoy traditional street food of the region.
We continue by heading towards Brasov, the heart of Transylvania. In the afternoon, we will explore the city with a City Game in the center of Brasov in an attempt to understand the mysteries of this region and the past of Dracula. After we declare one of the teams the kings of Transylvania, there will be time for relaxing, shopping and walking around in the city before a traditional dinner in the old center.

Day 3: The third day will start with a climb using the gondola to Tampa, a panoramic spot, where you can admire the whole city of Brasov together with the hills and mountains that surround it. After lunch, we head back to the airport.
